Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Some items, particularly large or fragile vintage pieces, may require additional packaging time. You will be notified if there is any delay.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Local Pickup

Some large items (such as furniture) are available for local pickup only. This will be clearly noted in the product listing. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time.

International Shipping

We are expanding our international shipping options. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm availability and rates for your destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
